Terms of Use
1. Scope and definitions
These Terms cover the use of quantsion.com, Quantsion Terminal and the related market analysis features (the “Service”). The operator of the Service, Quantsion Software LLC (30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), is referred to in these Terms as the “Provider”. For service and account enquiries, contact info@quantsion.com.
These Terms, presented for your acceptance when you create an account, set out the basis of the service relationship between you and the Provider. The scope, duration and price of your selected plan, shown before payment, form part of that relationship. The Privacy Policy explains the processing of personal data; the Risk Disclosure explains how analytical outputs should be assessed and the risks associated with their use.
In these Terms:
- Terminal means the analysis interface available to a signed-in user, consisting of the Monitor and Analyze modules.
- Analytical output means the measurements, statistical results and research findings shown in the Terminal.
- Plan means the Trial, Advanced or Ultimate access package described on the Pricing page.
- Access period means the period of use of a plan, starting when the payment is applied to the order and ending at the end of the plan term.
- Order means the payment request created for the selected plan, with its own payment address, amount and validity period.
- User or you means the person who opens an account on the Service.
2. The service you purchase
Quantsion is a quantitative analysis system that processes market data using mathematical and statistical methods. Through Quantsion Terminal, it shares computed results and research findings concerning order flow, order books, liquidity, price formation, volatility, derivatives market conditions and changes over time. These outputs are produced through data processing and analytical computation, rather than assessments based on human commentary.
The Terminal modules serve different purposes:
- Monitor displays the measured market state, different time horizons and the relevant context.
- Analyze lets you examine findings that support or contradict an assessment, as well as data that cannot be measured.
The markets and API features you can access depend on your selected plan. The purchased service is access to these measurements and analysis results; it does not guarantee a financial outcome.
3. No investment advice or investment management
Quantsion does not provide personalised investment advice or general investment recommendations. Its market measurements, statistical results and research findings are not recommendations to buy, sell or hold an asset.
Quantsion provides analysis software. The Service does not execute trades, manage exchange accounts or portfolios, hold investment assets or accept capital for investment. Plan fees are solely for software access. A read-only data API does not grant trading authority.
Analyses are not prepared by assessing your personal income, assets, debts, investment objectives or capacity to bear losses. The Service does not assess suitability in relation to your financial circumstances. How you use the shared results, and decisions concerning investment transactions outside the Service, are your responsibility.
4. Eligibility and account security
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a valid contract. The Service is not offered to persons located or resident in the United States. You may not open an account where access to or use of the Service is prohibited. You may not circumvent access restrictions by misrepresenting your country or contact details.
To create an account, you must verify your email address and mobile phone number, provide your country and set a password. You must keep your contact details up to date and protect your password, verification codes and any API credentials. Your account is personal and may not be transferred or used for shared access.
If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and notify info@quantsion.com. The Provider may terminate sessions or restrict access until the necessary verification is completed to protect the account. This clause does not transfer the Provider’s own security obligations to the user.
5. Plan scope, duration and renewal
Trial provides 14 days of BTCUSDT access; Advanced provides 30 days of BTCUSDT and ETHUSDT access; Ultimate provides 30 days of BTCUSDT, ETHUSDT, BNBUSDT, SOLUSDT and TRXUSDT access. Trial is a paid access plan and can be purchased once per customer. The scope of each plan is described on the Pricing page and during purchase.
Before paying, check your selected plan, access period and total amount payable. The conditions shown at purchase apply to that access period; later price changes do not apply retrospectively to completed purchases.
Access is activated once the payment has been verified, matched to the order and applied by the system; the access period starts at that moment, not at the time of the blockchain transaction. The access period runs in calendar days. Renewing the same plan before its active period ends adds the new period to the existing expiry date.
There is no automatic renewal or automatic charging. You must make a new purchase for another period. Expiry ends access to paid features; your account and transaction records remain in place.
6. USDT payments and verification
Payments are made by sending USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) to the address assigned to your order. Check the network, asset, order address and payment amount on the payment screen before sending. A new purchase or renewal has its own address; reopening an unpaid order keeps the same address.
The payment amount is the listed plan price; no order-matching charge is added. Send the full amount in a single transfer. Any sending or withdrawal fee charged by your wallet or exchange is your responsibility and must not reduce the amount received at the order address.
Access starts after the blockchain confirms the transfer and the system applies the payment to the order. Only a single transfer of at least the full order amount activates access; transfers are not added together. A transfer below the order amount does not activate access and is refunded after review. An excess or duplicate transfer does not purchase another plan automatically; contact support for review. An unpaid order stays open for 24 hours, and its closing time is shown on the payment screen. Do not send a payment to a cancelled or expired order; start a new order instead.
A transfer using the wrong network or asset, or sent to an address outside the Provider’s control, may be unrecoverable. A transfer that reaches the correct address but does not match an order is reviewed and then credited to your account or refunded. The technical irreversibility of a blockchain transaction does not extinguish any legal right to a refund.
7. Cancellation, service issues and refund requests
You can choose not to purchase access for a further period by not renewing. Closing your account or stopping use of the Service does not, by itself, require repayment of the access fee. The plan conditions below apply subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
7.1. Trial plan
Trial is 14 days of paid trial access and does not include a satisfaction or money-back guarantee. Where the Service is supplied within the purchased scope, changing your mind, not using it or ending the trial early does not qualify for a voluntary refund. Statutory withdrawal and defective-service rights that Trial users may have remain unaffected.
7.2. Advanced and Ultimate plans
For Advanced and Ultimate, partial or full refunds may be provided for the following reasons within the Provider’s service obligations:
- Purchased access is not provided for a reason attributable to the Provider, despite a verified payment matched to the order.
- A prolonged interruption to the data feed or Terminal access materially prevents use of the purchased analysis and research service.
- Essential plan features cannot be supplied because of a Provider-related issue, or the Provider fails to fulfil other material obligations concerning the purchased service.
The review considers the cause, duration and recurrence of the issue, the features affected, the relevant access period and the extent to which the Service could be used. A data provider or infrastructure interruption originating with a third party does not, by itself, remove the Provider’s contractual obligations or duties under applicable law.
The outcome of the refund request and the basis for calculating any amount will be communicated to the user. Refunds or price reductions required by law are not subject to the Provider’s voluntary approval; applicable statutory deadlines and the user’s choice of remedies are preserved. A service extension or access credit replaces a mandatory monetary refund only with the user’s agreement.
7.3. Payment errors and requests
Duplicate payments, overpayments, payments below the order amount and payments that do not match an order are reviewed separately against payment records for every plan, including Trial. The restriction on voluntary Trial refunds does not prevent investigation of these payment errors.
Send refund or service issue requests to info@quantsion.com. Include your account email address, the relevant plan, any order and payment transaction IDs, a description of the issue and the dates it occurred. Do not send your password, verification code or wallet private key. The review considers both Provider records and information provided by the user; applicable rules on the burden of proof remain unaffected.
A market loss, a failure to earn an expected profit or an analytical expectation not materialising is not, by itself, a service defect or a ground for a refund. Where the Service is supplied in accordance with the contract, an access issue caused solely by the user’s own device or internet connection is not a Provider-related interruption either.
7.4. Statutory rights
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including withdrawal, remedies for defective services, price reduction, termination and refunds, remain available for every plan. Trial lasting 14 days, acceptance of these Terms or payment in USDT does not waive those rights. An exception to the right of withdrawal can apply only where the conditions required by the relevant law are met.
8. Licence and intellectual property
Your plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within its stated scope during the access period. It does not transfer ownership of software, models, original content or trademarks. Rights in third-party data and content remain with their respective owners.
You may not resell account access or data outputs, or use them in a service that continuously distributes them to third parties, without the Provider’s written permission. Access to an included API does not grant the right to relicense its data. API credentials are personal to your account, and data retrieved through the API is licensed for your own use under this section.
Circumventing access controls, using another person’s account, making requests at a volume that harms the Service, or collecting data without authorisation is prohibited. This also covers attempts to copy or extract software or models without permission. These restrictions do not remove non-waivable rights of examination or interoperability under applicable law.
9. Data, availability and service changes
Analyses depend on the coverage of the market sources used and the timely arrival of data. Maintenance, data provider interruptions, network issues or security incidents may delay or temporarily prevent access to certain measurements or the Terminal. Continuous market assessment does not constitute a commitment to uninterrupted connectivity or a particular delivery time for every user in all circumstances.
These technical limitations do not remove the Provider’s obligation to supply the purchased service in accordance with the contract, or the service defect and refund provisions in section 7.
The Provider may improve the software and correct errors. Users will be informed of material changes that adversely affect the essential scope of a purchased period; such changes cannot be used to override rights under applicable law.
10. Access restrictions and account closure
Access may be restricted to the extent necessary where there is a specific security risk, unlawful use, a breach of access conditions or conduct harmful to the Service. Unless immediate action is required, the user will be informed of the breach and given an appropriate opportunity to remedy it.
If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact support. To close your account, contact info@quantsion.com from the email address registered to the account. Account closure or termination of access does not extinguish rights arising from previous payments. Records that must be retained after closure are subject to the principles explained in the Privacy Policy.
11. Financial outcomes and liability
The Provider does not guarantee returns, a limit on losses or the accuracy of an analytical expectation. The Risk Disclosure explains the scope and limitations of the Terminal’s measurements, scores and historical observations.
The decision to make or refrain from investment or trading transactions, and the management and financial risk of those transactions, remain with the user, even if based on an analysis from the Service. The Provider does not assume responsibility for those transactions on the user’s behalf. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for capital losses, trading losses, liquidation, missed opportunities or unrealised expected profits arising from those choices and transactions. No commitment is made to cover the user’s losses or protect their capital.
This limitation does not exclude liability arising from the Provider’s own fault or breach of obligations where that liability cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights and liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any other matter that applicable law does not permit to be limited remain unaffected.
12. Contact, governing law and disputes
For requests concerning the Service, payments or your account, contact info@quantsion.com. Provide a description and relevant records sufficient to investigate the issue.
These Terms and the service relationship are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Protections you have as a consumer under the mandatory provisions of the country in which you reside are unaffected by this choice of law.
Contacting the Provider does not restrict your right to approach the competent consumer bodies, regulators or courts of the country in which you reside. These Terms contain no mandatory arbitration clause and impose no exclusive jurisdiction that would override the mandatory jurisdiction rules of your country of residence.
13. General provisions
Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure and the plan conditions shown at the time of purchase constitute the entire agreement concerning the Service.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision is deemed replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to its purpose.
Waiver. A failure or delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of that right.
Assignment. You may not transfer your account or your rights under these Terms to another person. The Provider may transfer the agreement to a successor that takes over the operation of the Service; you will be notified, and your rights under these Terms continue unchanged.
Force majeure. Where events beyond a party’s reasonable control (natural disaster, war, general network or power failure, an order of a public authority) prevent performance, the affected obligation is suspended for as long as the event continues. The refund conditions in section 7 are unaffected.
Notices. The Provider sends notices to the email address registered to your account; you reach the Provider at info@quantsion.com. A notice sent by email is deemed received on the day after it is sent.
Language. These Terms are drawn up in English. The Turkish, German, French and Spanish versions are provided for information; where the versions differ in meaning, the English text prevails. Where the law of your country of residence requires the contract to be in your own language, the version in that language takes precedence over this rule.
14. Updates to these Terms
When these Terms change, the new version is dated. Changes materially affecting existing rights or the scope of a purchased service will be communicated through an appropriate channel before taking effect. Renewed acceptance will be obtained where necessary. Changes will not retrospectively rewrite the conditions of transactions already completed.
