Risk Disclosure
Summary
Quantsion processes market data using mathematical and statistical methods. This disclosure explains the scope, uncertainty and limitations of the measurements and analysis results displayed in Quantsion Terminal, and the market risks relevant to their use.
Quantsion does not provide personalised investment advice or general investment recommendations. Its market measurements, statistical results and research findings are not recommendations to buy, sell or hold an asset.
Quantsion provides analysis software and does not manage investments. It does not manage customer funds or portfolios, accept capital for investment or execute transactions on users’ behalf.
Trading decisions and financial risk remain with the user. Crypto-asset prices can move sharply in either direction, and you can lose the entire amount you commit to a trade. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for capital losses, trading losses, liquidation or unrealised expected profits arising from your transactions. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
The Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Service. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed.
1. Nature of statistical results and research findings
Shared results depend on the coverage of the data, the period examined, the sample, calculation methods and model assumptions. A computational process without human commentary can still work from incomplete data or produce an erroneous result. A statistical relationship or historical observation describes the past; it does not guarantee the same outcome in the future.
The system does not examine a user’s income, debts, total assets, investment experience or capacity to bear losses. Analytical outputs are not personalised to the user’s financial circumstances and do not assess whether a particular transaction is suitable for that user.
2. Measurements, scores and time horizons
Read each measurement together with its definition, scale and time horizon:
- Direction describes the direction measured in the selected period. It is not a forecast that the price will continue in that direction.
- Time horizon identifies the period summarised by the measurement. It is not a recommended holding period or a deadline for a price move.
- Score is an analytical value interpreted on the scale shown for that measurement. It is not a probability of profit, a promised return or a suggested position size.
- Delta shows the change in a measurement over its stated comparison interval. It is not the return of an investment transaction.
A higher plan changes access to markets or features. Measurements remain subject to the same uncertainty in every plan, and investment risk remains with the user.
3. Monitor and Analyze: measurement limits
Market state represents the sources and measurement times used. Liquidity visible in an order book can be withdrawn before execution; a large order does not necessarily represent buying or selling interest that will be executed. Completed trades and pending orders convey different information.
Several indicators pointing in the same direction may not constitute independent evidence. Treat an unmeasured or missing field as unknown, not as neutral, risk-free or supportive data. Transactions outside the sources’ coverage, liquidity on other exchanges or emerging events may not be fully represented in the assessment.
4. Illustrations and historical results
Displays marked as illustrative or as example values explain the interface and method. They are not actual customer transactions or verified investment returns. Historical observations describe past conditions and do not guarantee future results.
5. Data, model and timing risk
Data sources may experience interruptions, delays, missing records, incorrect timestamps or unusual market conditions. Analytical models also depend on their assumptions and the conditions on which they were trained or tested. A relationship that appeared successful in historical data may weaken or reverse under new conditions.
Data collection frequency and order book depth describe the source, not your screen: your display may update at a different rate, and displayed liquidity may not be executable. Check the timestamp, time horizon and data availability of an output before using it.
6. Crypto-asset market risks
The markets analysed in the Terminal are crypto-asset markets. They carry risks that apply regardless of the quality of any analysis:
- Volatility. Prices can change by large amounts within minutes, including outside the hours of traditional markets; crypto-asset markets trade continuously, every day.
- Leverage and liquidation. Derivatives positions with leverage can be liquidated by the exchange when the price moves against them, and the loss can exceed the amount intended for the trade.
- Exchange and counterparty risk. An exchange may suspend trading or withdrawals, change its rules, suffer an outage or security incident, or become insolvent. Assets held on an exchange are exposed to that exchange.
- Regulatory risk. The legal treatment of crypto-assets differs between countries and can change, affecting the availability of markets, products and withdrawals.
- Market quality. Thin liquidity, large orders and automated trading can move prices quickly and widen the gap between the displayed price and the price at which a transaction is executed.
7. Transactions outside the Service
Quantsion does not execute investment transactions on users’ behalf, provide leverage or manage margin or positions. Analysing derivatives, funding or liquidation market data does not mean that the Service offers those transactions to users.
Decisions and financial risk concerning transactions users carry out outside the Service based on shared results remain their own. The Provider makes no commitment to returns, capital protection or compensation for losses on those transactions. The Terms of Use set out the applicable liability provisions.
8. Access and data freshness
Issues involving data providers, servers, networks, devices or notification channels may delay the display or delivery of analytical outputs. When no new data appears on screen, treat the market as unknown rather than unchanged.
Assess outputs together with the instrument, measurement time, time horizon and data availability. An earlier screenshot or saved output must not be treated as current data.
9. Risks of paying for a plan in USDT
A plan payment is a USDT transfer separate from your investment transactions. Check the asset, TRON (TRC20) network, recipient address, exact amount and validity period shown on the payment screen. Assets sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may be unrecoverable; a transfer sent to the correct address with an incorrect amount or after the deadline may not match automatically and may require support review.
USDT aims to maintain a value close to the US dollar, but its value, redemption and transfer depend on the issuer, the network, your wallet and the exchange you use, and each of these can be restricted or interrupted.
The irreversibility of a blockchain transfer and a legal right to a refund for a service payment are separate matters. Refunds and payment issues are addressed under the Terms of Use.
10. Use and contact
Access to and use of the Service are subject to the conditions in the Terms of Use. This disclosure explains the limitations of statistical results and research findings; the Provider’s obligations under applicable law remain in force.
